This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which purchases from Nearu ("Nearu," "we," "our") are considered final. By using our app, purchasing subscriptions, or registering an account, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases made through the Nearu app, including digital subscriptions and premium features, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

  • Subscription payments (monthly, annual, or promotional)

  • In-app purchases

  • Trial-period conversions to paid plans

2. Subscription Billing and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app settings or through the App Store/Play Store.

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

3. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be considered under these limited conditions:

  • You were charged due to a technical error (e.g. duplicate billing)

  • You were charged after cancelling before the renewal date

  • If such cases occur, contact support within 14 days of the charge at support@app-nearu.com.

4. International Orders and Third-Party Platforms

  • If you made your purchase through a third-party app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), their refund policies may apply. You must request refunds through those platforms directly.

5. Your Consent

  • By using our services, registering an account, or making a purchase, you consent to this Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
